Heavy Duty Hydraulic Step Feeders

Our heavy-duty hydraulic step feeders are specifically designed for feeding and orientating large, heavy, or abrasive components within demanding industrial environments.

Components are elevated from a hopper via hydraulically operated steps onto a linear feeder, where they are orientated and discharged in a controlled single-file output. These systems are commonly used for handling products such as steel billets, forgings, and other high-mass components where robust construction and high load capacity are essential.

The hydraulic drive system provides the strength and durability required for continuous operation under heavy loads, while maintaining reliable and consistent part presentation.

For increased automation and reduced manual handling, systems can also incorporate integrated bin tippers. Full bins of components are hydraulically lifted and discharged directly into the step feeder hopper before automatically returning the empty bin to ground level.

Manufactured from heavy-duty wear-resistant steels including Hardox and Raex, these machines are designed for long service life in abrasive and high-impact applications.
