While our standard vibratory systems utilize electromagnetic drives, our ATEX-compliant feeders are powered pneumatically.
By using a non-electrical drive, electrical ignition sources are eliminated, making them the ideal choice for use in ATEX zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
Each feeder is expertly crafted to eliminate product traps, ensure smooth surface finishes, and prioritise easy access for maintenance and cleaning.
Materials are carefully selected, and the system is earth-bonded to ensure rapid static dissipation.
Sealed lids and edges prevent the release of combustible products into the environment.
Every unit is fully compliant with UK Statutory Instrument 2016 No. 1107 and EU Directive 2014/34/EU.
