The Alphamation range of centrifugal feeders is non-vibratory and operates via continuous rotary motion.

They are ideal for orientating and feeding many different types and sizes of components at very high feed rates compared with conventional feeders.

Centrifugal feeders are quieter in operation and offer much smoother component handling, resulting in less component damage. The components are fed by the centrifugal disc and distributed onto an outer rim where they are selected and orientated into the required position. They then discharge via the feeder outlet into a gravity-discharge track or a take-off transfer conveyor.

Centrifugal feeders can be configured to run in conjunction with Belt elevators or hopper fed, linear trough feeders for bulk supply.
