Swan Neck Elevators

Swan neck elevators are designed to lift and transfer parts into downstream automation equipment such as bowl feeders, conveyors, packaging machinery and assembly systems.

Elevators typically feature an integrated bulk storage hopper, allowing products to feed naturally onto the belt for smooth, consistent and reliable part supply.

Swan Neck Elevators utilise a multi-angle belt configuration, allowing changes in incline over the length of the elevator. This provides increased flexibility in layout design, enabling low-level loading onto horizontal sections, vertical elevation in confined spaces, or transport over walkways and obstacles.

Belts are available in steel or plastic modular types, which, when combined with stainless steel construction, can be supplied to FDA-compliant standards, making them ideal for hygienic, sanitary and washdown applications.

Belt height, width, flight configuration, and hopper capacity are fully customised to suit each application, ensuring required feed rates and refill intervals are consistently met.

The discharge outlet can be configured with adjustable height positioning or designed to split product flow into multiple channels where required.
