A Bowl Feeder is used to feed parts and present them orientated as required. The parts travel up the tracks and out the Bowl Feeder, powered by vibration from an electromagnetic coil.

To accommodate for a wide range of parts, the Bowl Feeders can come in any diameter from 100mm-1500mm. Each product is assessed by our team to determine the required bowl size. They can be manufactured with multiple lanes to cater for higher feed rates and flexibility in design.
Bowl Feeders can be manufactured from stainless steel or mild steel, and there is a vast range of linings, coatings and finishes to optimise performance and to comply with your required industry. We also manufacture bowl feeders that are compliant for use in ATEX (pneumatically operated) and wash-down environments.

Vibratory Bowl Feeders are powered by a totally encapsulated electromagnetic coil, driving through a series of laminated fibreglass leaf springs. The solid base vibrates in resonance with the top platform and bowl, generating high directional drive.

For products that are too symmetrical to orient with mechanical tooling, we can implement vision systems to assess each product as it travels up the tracks and eliminate unwanted products.
